We left St John July 10th for St Croix. Had a great day walking around and seeing how beautiful it is there. We had our covid test the 11th and started out for Grenada. It took 65 hours to reach St George. We hit a squall which was pretty rough, screws came out of the table rough, lol.
We haven't been to Grenada since 2018 October. We LOVE it here! I think it's more beautiful if that is possible. We had to be quarantined on the boat for 48 hours while we awaited another Covid test. No allowances without a vaccine.
It was so nice to see old friends and make new ones. There is so much to do here. The food is amazing, so many restaurants to choose from and activities for all the boaters. The beaches are white and the water crystal clear. The locals stop you in the street with pleasantries and always a smile!
We have been relaxing after a busy season catching up on some well needed rest. The boat is being hauled out of the water August 4th and then the work starts. Painting the bottom, new appliances, lights, polish and much more! Can't wait.
We are booking steady for 2022 which is a great sign of how things are going to be for next season. We can't wait to meet the new guests and see the ones that return!
We will be splashing again the beginning of October and heading back to the states soon after to NC, SC and Va to see family and friends.
Wifi is not very dependable but we are using our "whats app" on the phone to call everyone so give us a ring we would love to hear from you!
